Refund and Returns Policy

Because no payment is required for the trial period, no refunds apply during the trial.

For paid subscriptions:

• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
• No refunds are provided for lack of matches or changes in personal circumstances.

If a paid account is removed for violating Community Standards:

• Remaining full unused months will be refunded.
• Partial months are not refunded.

Technical Issues

If a verified technical failure prevents access to core paid features for an extended period:

• We may issue a service credit or partial refund at our discretion.
• Temporary outages or minor disruptions do not qualify.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account suspension and submission of transaction records to the payment processor.
